SOPHOMORE AND NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION ** WEDNESDAY ** AUGUST 12

FOR STUDENTS:
Session 1: A — F 9:00 a.m.
Session 2: G — O 10:30 a.m.
Session 3: P — Z 11:45 a.m.

Students should plan to attend the formal orientation session held in the Performing Arts Center at their assigned time. Before or after the orientation session, students will be able to tour the building, pay fees, have their school picture taken and pick up their schedule. LifeTouch will begin photographing students on Wednesday at 8 am. School ID cards are processed from this picture, so even if you do not wish to purchase a picture package it is important to have a picture taken. Schedules will only be distributed to students that have had their picture taken.

EVENING SESSION PARENTS/STUDENTS:
WEDNESDAY, August 12 6:00-7:30 p.m. – Performing Arts Center.
A LifeTouch Photographer will be available for pictures.

The bookkeeper will be available throughout the day on August 12 to give students and parents the opportunity to pay school fees as indicated on the student’s schedule.

Schedule pick-up for returning juniors, seniors and any sophomores or new students unable to attend on the 12th will be Thursday and Friday, August 13 and 14 from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

LifeTouch will begin photographing students at 9 a.m. on August 13 and 14.
