Limited ticket sales for SENIORS ONLY


 Live ticket sales for ALL Fairfield High School Seniors will begin: 7:00am Monday 4/26/2021 thru 3:00pm Friday 4/30/2021.

You will need your FHS issued student ID # in order to purchase tickets
 Tickets are $40 each and  non - refundable and/or transferable 

► SENIORS ONLY may purchase ONE (1) ticket for themselves. Ticket sales sold on a FIRST COME basis only.
  •   Guest tickets will only be made available if the total ticket limit has not already been reached.
  •  SENIORS who have already purchased a Prom ticket may buy ONE (1) Guest Ticket once available.
  • Guest must be an FHS student – includes FHS students who attend classes off campus (Academy, Butler Tech, CCP, Virtual Learner) and must be 10th or 11th grade only. You may not change your guest once tickets have been purchased.
  •  Live ticket sales for Guest Ticket (upon availability only) Monday 5/3/2021 7:00am thru Friday 5/7/2021 3:00pm You will need your guest’s FHS issued student ID# in order to purchase a guest ticket
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
♦ Tickets will be sent to student by email after purchase along with forms pertaining to COVID 19.  FORMS NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND RETURNED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 5/7/2021. There will be a box by the Bookkeeper’s office as well as a box in the Main office where paperwork can be turned in. 
♦ Students will need to show ticket at door for entry. You may print a copy of the ticket, take a picture or download the Hometown Ticketing app to your mobile device. 
♦ Tickets can only be scanned 1 time before they become invalid.
♦ Students will be required to enter their FHS student ID for electronic verification at the door.
♦ Students will be subject to temperature check before entry.
♦ Masks must be worn at all times. 

ALL SCHOOL & DISTRICT RULES APPLY 
In addition to the following: You are responsible for your tickets. Tickets must be presented with photo ID to enter Prom. 
• All guests must be from FAIRFIELD HIGH SCHOOL 
• Once you and/or your guest leave the dance, you/guest will not be permitted to return. 
•THIS IS A FORMAL DANCE – FORMAL ATTIRE REQUIRED BY ALL ATTENDEES (dress shirt, coat, & tie, formal dress/skirt). 
• NO JEANS OR BASEBALL HATS. 
• Dresses may not be exceptionally low cut/short or revealing. 
ANYONE ATTENDING PROM IS SUBJECT TO RANDOM BREATHALYZER TESTING. PLEASE DON’T BE SENT HOME! DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS, SALES MAY BE DISCONTINUED WITHOUT NOTICE ONCE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ALLOWABLE TICKETS HAVE BEEN REACHED.
